Pest Control

FERN ZONE is committed to caring for the environment by the use of biological pest control. This means instead of using potentially harmful chemicals in an enclosed area to control pests, we introduce living organisms to control other less than desirable living organisms.

Essentially it is the use of beneficial insects controlling pest insect colonies. The colonies are not completely eradicated, but are controlled in such a way as to provide less than visible plant damage.

This is an important part of our integrated pest management programme.
